We would just like to say a massive thank you to Kevin and the team there. We came to see Kevin because we had made a terrible mistake 12 months earlier buying the completely wrong house in an area that just wasn’t for us. I was dreading having to stay there for the remainder of my mortgage contract, so we contacted Direct mortgages and made an appointment to see Kevin. I told him what had happened and how unhappy we were and mentioned we had no chance of sorting out our mortgage. An hour later (even after I forgot my wife’s middle name and birthday) Kevin had sorted out our mortgage and helped us to buy an amazing home in a fantastic area.
